Clea & Jay | Witches Night [Back Dated to April 30th night]
Clea checks to see if Jay is enjoying himself.
t was going well. Clea was quite pleased with how everything turned out. After ensuring the bonfires were still strong, she walked over to the food table to get a plate. It was there when she came across Jay, a sibling she hadn't formally met yet. After getting a plate of food, she walked over to him to introduce herself, "Hello. My name is Clea. Are you enjoying yourself?"
Jay was uncomfortable here, like he would be struck down for association with witches. But coming to a bonfire was a neighborly thing to do, and well. Julia would have loved it. He hadn't worn green or flowers, but had the start of a flower chain idly in his hands. He wished he had thought to bring his guitar. "I'm alright. Thanks again for the invitation."
"You're welcome. Is there anything I can get you? Food? drink?" Clea was picking up that he was uncomfortable and she wanted to help ease that. She knew she couldn't fix anything, but a little friendliness went a long way. Or so she hoped.
Jay was absolutely not going to eat anything offered to him by a witch. "No thank ya," he shook his head. "I appreciate the offer though." He hoped that was polite enough to not insult her.
"It is okay. It is there if you need it." Clea smiled, "Well, if you have any questions let me know. But I do hope you have a wonderful night Jay. It was nice to finally meet you."
Despite his uncomfortableness, he was having a good night. He tied off his flower chain and offered it to Clea. "It's good to meet you too."
Clea took the flower chain and put it on her head, "Thank you Jay. I'll keep it safe." She gave one last smile and wave before heading off to see if others were enjoying their time."
